Freight Foward Service – let us organise your rifle getting to us…….

New service available through Gunworks using Fastway Couriers

Gunworks will now organise your rifle/rifles to be freighted (freight forward) to us at your cost.  The cost will be added to your account.  See below for prices:

1-3 Rifles (up to 15kg) $30 per individual parcel * (including GST)

If you are in a main centre, leave it up to us, we’ll organise it for you, you just need to package it and have it ready for pick up.

If you are out of town, ie rural, we can still over this service but you will need to take it into a Fastway depot or have collected from a main centre address as Fastways will not come out to a rural address to pick up.  Save money $$$$$$ and use this service.

Either email us your Name, pick up address, & phone number and we’ll organise the rest

or give us a ring

* Price quoted is on an individual parcel, rifles can be packaged separately but the packages must be taped together to make one parcel as all separate parcels (not bound together) will be charged separately.

Whats happening this week? The importance of “Identifying your target”

With the roar coming up, we thought this was a great time to remind everyone how important it is to IDENTIFY YOUR TARGET.

One of our customers was shot at by a careless hunter last ROAR who did not identify his target, nor did he stick around to see if the guy was ok.  If it wasn’t for the suppressor which was on his rifle, slung over his back, our customer would not be here today to tell his story, pics of the suppressor below……………………….please IDENTIFY YOUR TARGET and keep everyone safe

EBS Tikka T3 LH 7mm-08 $1800

For sale  – one only LEFT HANDED  $1800

Tikka T3 LH 7mm-08 with EBS suppressor – SECOND HAND

Had no more than 50 shots through rifle.

EBS information

The EBS suppressor uses an aluminium body with stainless steel internal muzzlebrake and stainless steel internal baffels for long life.

Barrel is turned down to reduce the weight so on a Tikka T3 there is a very small change in the overall weight of the rifle from its original configuration

We use a full 30mm dia suppressor tube for your safety and to increase the internal volume in the suppressor.

Using innovative techniques we are able to bring the forearm out so minimum material is removed from the wall of the stock keeping the forend fully rigid. Which is extremely desirable for accuracy and MPI retention.

This suppressor can be removed for cleaning and a small coating of a special lubricant which we provide with the suppressor is used to coat the barrel to prevent the firing residue hardening and sticking on the barrel. We don’t recommend automotive grease for the obvious reason!

Users may elect to simply leave the suppressor on and let it fill with carbon in which case the suppressor will outlast the life of the barrel in this calibre.

Seldom available off the shelf, this is an ideal opportunity to get the original alloy enclosed barrel suppressor from NZ’s original leading manufacturer.

Benefit from Gunworks’s vast suppressor experience!!!!
